MINUTES
Members Present: Leslie-Ann Morse-Chairman, Michael Cole-Vice Chairman, Craig Nightingale-Clerk, Don Andersen, Peter McDonald, Howard Sandler, Tom Johnson (Alternate).
Members Absent: Debbie Abbott, Richard Morello.
Staff Present: Sarah Raposa-Town Planner, Melody Gulow-Appeals Clerk.
Chairman called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Waiver
Alternate Tom Johnson asked to sit for Case No. PB2009-01.
CASE NO. PB2009-01 JAMES KRYZANSKI (Owner) and MAC'S SEAFOOD/ALEX HAY (Applicant) seek a Waiver of Site Plan Review - Special Permit for the removal of an existing 10 ft. x 10 ft. shed and the replacement with a 10 ft. x 20 ft. shed to hold lobster tanks on the property located at 4380 State Highway, Map 08 Parcel 146.
Presentation given by Alex Hay with Sam Bradford announcing an anticipated opening date for Mac's Seafood of May 1, 2009.
Planning Board asked for the setbacks and reminded the applicant that they would need to provide the exact setback measurements to obtain a Building Permit.
A MOTION to grant Mac's Seafood a Waiver of Site Plan Review-Special Permit was made by Howard Sandler and Seconded by Craig Nightingale.
The VOTE: 7-0 IN FAVOR: Andersen, Cole, Morse, Nightingale, McDonald, Sandler, Johnson.
OPPOSED: None.
Motion Passed.
